On the ground floor, there is a beautiful living room, a kitchen, the "Master" bedroom with a dressing room, 1 shower room, and 2 WCs. All of these rooms open onto a large partially covered terrace.
The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms opening onto private terraces and 2 bathrooms/shower rooms with toilets.
The garden level features 2 bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and toilets. The pool (9m x 3.5m) can be heated to a maximum of 27° upon request, as an option, protected by an alarm system.
Accommodation classification: 5*****.
Small pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and clean, with prior approval.
Bed linen is included, and a 2-hour cleaning service is offered twice a week.
The final cleaning is extra at the price of €200.
The security deposit upon arrival is €5000.
Tourist taxes are extra (amount varies depending on the duration, rental price, and the number of people over 18 occupying the accommodation).

The deposit is 25%.
The villa must be returned in impeccable condition, including the kitchen area, and the trash must be emptied.
The keys must be returned to the agency by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
