This place of tranquility will provide you with all the comfort you need to spend a beautiful and unforgettable holiday
15 minutes walk from the city center. And barely 5 minutes from the beach. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
First floor:
1 Bedroom with double bed overlooking the pool
1 Double bedroom with double bed
1 Bedroom with 2 single beds shower room with 1 sink
1 bathroom with 2 washbasins and toilet
1 WC
Upstairs:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed with view of the gulf and terrace
1 Bedroom with 2 single beds Gulf view
1 bathroom with 2 washbasins and 1 toilet
A summer kitchen with its charcoal bbq and plancha
Has a private heated swimming pool with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez
It is rented by the week in July and August
And to enjoy the south out of season, you can rent it by the night (min 2)
Linen included for stays of more than 7 days

Linen is not included. 30€ per person (beds and bath and swimming pool)
Cleaning is mandatory (300€) to be paid on the arrival of the tenant
No breakage or deterioration of furniture or other will be accepted.
A precise inventory of fixtures will be made. A contract sent and signed before your arrival.
Heated swimming pool at an additional cost. Info on request
