About this house rental
Sainte-Maxime, Beautiful villa with swimming pool and panoramic views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, ideally located just a few minutes from the beach and only 2 km from the lively centre. The property can accommodate up to 11 people in a comfortable and bright setting.
The ground floor offers an air-conditioned master suite with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom, a functional kitchen, a pantry and a large living room opening onto a terrace overlooking the sea. On the garden level, four large bedrooms facing the sea, one of which is air-conditioned, as well as three shower rooms, offer space and privacy for everyone.
Outside, enjoy a secure 12x4 m swimming pool, 1600 m² of grounds and facilities dedicated to relaxation and leisure: electric plancha, gas barbecue, table tennis and boules court.
Air conditioning throughout the villa, internet.
A nearby footpath provides quick access to the coast.
Pets accepted by prior arrangement.
