About this villa rental

The extensive property comprises a living area of approximately 250 m², recently renovated with great taste and quality, accommodating up to 14 people on three levels.
The main house offers a very large living/dining room with TV, an open kitchen area adjacent to clean lines and all the desirable features of a modern kitchen such as: Ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven and microwave at eye level, wine cabinet, double fridge-freezer, Delonghi coffee machine (with coffee beans), Nespresso capsule machine, electric kettle, toaster, ice maker, etc.
In addition, the following bedrooms and bathrooms are located on this level:

- Very nice en-suite bathroom with double Washbasin, freestanding bath, shower and toilet

The swimming pool measures 12 x 6 m and is accessed via a comfortable staircase. We had a lovely holiday and the villa was great. We didn't feel the need to travel around the area much because we just wanted to relax beside the beautiful pool.The local beach is ten minutes walk away (don't take the long route!), it's an hot, uphill walk on the way back so it's more fun to stay at the villa.The villa was very clean and had everything we needed,The concierge and agent were very helpful, flexible and accommodating - I really appreciate their help.
