Overall a good property for a group but guidance and communication could be improved a bit
The property itself is great, in a quiet location, lots of space, nice big pool, kitchen had all the equipment we needed, close enough to town or the beach with a car. I would recommend coming here.
To get to the property can be difficult as sat navs may take you the wrong way leading to a dead end. This is not the property’s fault but some clearer guidance/a map would be helpful. In addition the property is on a private gated road. The code provided by the property was out of date or incorrect. Several times we got stuck and had to wait for others coming in and out to be able to access. Updated, clearer guidance on this would be helpful. Finally communication with the owners via the booking.com chat was also a bit spotty, I had to wait quite a while to get responses and sometimes didn’t get any at all. When i tried the number provided a couple of times it wasn’t answered. Pool was a little untidy when we arrived but cleaned overnight after our first day so not a big deal.
