Located in a quiet and sought after area of Sainte-Maxime, 10 min walk from the pedestrian center, the beach and the port, and 15 min by boat from Saint-Tropez.

Upstairs:
4 bedrooms with sea view opening onto a large sun-drenched terrace.
Each bedroom has a bathroom, a dressing room or large storage cupboards, as well as a separate toilet.
Three of the four bedrooms have the possibility of transforming with 2 single beds.
In the basement:
Large games room with home cinema,
Closed garage.
Outside :
Fully enclosed flat land
Heated infinity pool.
In the shade of the Mediterranean garden planted with palm trees, olive trees and cork oaks, you will enjoy the pétanque court.
Children can enjoy the ping-pong table.
