Welcome to the brand-new Riverview Countryside Manor! We’re excited to host you in this special two-level residence, located just a short walk from the edge of New York City. Set within a NYC-style multi-level townhome, this home offers a rare mix of urban living and beautiful Hudson River views.
You’ll have exclusive use of 2,800 sq ft across the top two floors, accessed through your own private front entrance. Outdoor spaces include a private entry porch, front lawn, and a 200 sq ft terrace off the kitchen and great room. The driveway is shared and may be used, but it must remain accessible in case vehicles need to be moved. Street parking is usually available right in front of the home.
Please note that the unit below is still under construction, so you may hear daytime work between 9 AM and 5 PM. There is currently no washer or dryer available.
The built-in Miele Nespresso machine is temporarily out of service, but a Cuisinart Grind & Brew coffeemaker is provided. Please bring your favorite coffee. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan with its own remote, and most rooms are equipped with smart TVs.
If you need help with any electronics or plumbing, or if there’s anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, just let us know. We are happy to help and want you to feel right at home!

This residence occupies the top two floors of a classic NYC-style multi-level townhome, offering a spacious and exclusive sanctuary just steps from the city’s edge of Manhattan.
The Location & View
Enjoy direct, sweeping views of the Hudson River from our private 200-square-foot terrace located off the kitchen and great room. Because this is a premium waterfront location, the neighborhood is vibrant and the homes are set in close quarters, providing a true city-living atmosphere.
Parking & Arrival
Driveway: You are welcome to use the shared driveway! We just ask that you remain reachable to "shuffle" vehicles if someone needs to get in or out.
Street Parking: There is typically plenty of additional parking available right in front of the home.
Outdoor Space
In addition to the terrace, there is a private entry porch and front lawn.
Current Enhancements & Construction
To ensure full transparency for your stay:
Lower Unit: The unit below is currently being perfected. You may hear some light construction activity during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) while we ensure your stay remains peaceful and seamless.
Laundry: There is currently no washer or dryer available in the unit.
Coffee Station: Right now the Miele Nespresso built-in coffee maker is in need of service and cannot brew coffee. There is a Cuisinart Automatic Grind and Brew Coffeemaker for you to bring your favorite coffee and feel like home.
Comfort & Tech
Stay Cool: Every bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and a dedicated remote for your comfort.
Entertainment
Smart TVs are installed in most rooms for your streaming needs.
Essentials & Comforts
To make your arrival as easy as possible, we provide a starter set of toiletries and one roll of kitchen paper. Each bed is also freshly prepared with two plush towels for your use.
BEFORE YOU BOOK, PLEASE READ:
• Please remember that this is a personal, shared home and not a hotel. We do not have a 24/7 hotel staff or on-site maintenance crew. I am personally available through the app daily from 8 AM to 7 PM to help with any general questions or standard requests.
• Self-Check-In: We’ve made things easy with self-check-in starting at 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM. If you’re hoping for an early check-in or late check-out, just let me know! If it’s available, I'd be happy to arrange it for a small fee!
• To keep things comfy for everyone, please avoid unregistered guests, pets, loud parties, indoor smoking, or illegal substances. Extra guests or pets? Just message me for details on any additional fees.
• If you intend to use the home for commercial/filming, please message me regarding the extra fee.
• Air mattresses and cribs are available for rent **subject to availability, and require a rental fee. Please contact me in advance to check availability and reserve one for your stay.
• Security: For your peace of mind, there are outdoor cameras running 24/7. There are no cameras indoors.
• Quiet hours are strictly from 9 PM to 9 AM, and all outdoor music must be turned off after 9 PM. Unauthorized parties, large gatherings, or unapproved guests are STRICTLY prohibited. Any violation will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund, and you will be escorted to exit the property.
• NO Smoking Indoors:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Outdoor smoking is only permitted away from entrances with proper disposal of cigarette buts. Violation of this rule results in an immediate minimum fine of $500 plus additional deep-cleaning fees and property damage replacement costs. Additionally, the violating guest will be held fully liable for any refunds or financial losses incurred if the incoming guest cancels their stay due to the smoke odor.
• Respectful Behavior:
Because we are opening our private space to you, mutual respect is required. Irresponsible behavior, such as abusive conduct toward the host or neighbors, or tampering with locks, security cameras, or alarms, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse check-in or immediately end your stay without a refund if any disrespectful or unsafe behavior occurs. Thank you for treating our home and neighbors with care!
• Guests are responsible for extra cleaning, trash, or damage fees. Please tidy all trash before leaving.
• Cleaning Services: We don’t offer complimentary cleaning, but I can arrange it for a fee if you’d like. Just let me know in advance so I can check the cleaning company's schedule.
• I provide starter toiletries to get you through your first day or two, so please plan to purchase any additional items you may need for the rest of your stay. I also provide 1 towel per guest. If you prefer fresher towels during your stay, a washer and dryer are fully available on the property for your convenience!
• Grill Propane: Planning to fire up the grill? Please note that propane refills are the guest's responsibility. Because safety codes prohibit us from storing spare tanks on site, I cannot guarantee how much gas the last guest left behind. If the tank runs out while you are using it, you can quickly refill it at the nearest gas station. Just send me a photo of the receipt and I will happily refund you the cost. Thank you for your understanding.

Water, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning:
The house has filtered water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-maintained A/C system to keep you cool and comfortable. Our villa has multiple A/C units, which we maintain regularly. To help keep the A/C running smoothly, please remember to close doors behind you.
Climate & Bugs:
Tropical weather is amazing, but it brings warm temperatures and some lively wildlife. We treat the property regularly to keep it pest-free, and we’d appreciate your help in disposing of trash regularly.
