Marvelous 4-bedroom house in Woodlawn Heights, family friendly.

The host didn't greet us. There were no hand towels or kitchen towels. No spoons or bowls, or glasses. There were only 2 pods of coffee. The railing on the front porch was coming apart. None of the clocks worked, and the TV remote needed batteries. Other than that, it was clean and beds were comfortable. I feel the house was thrown together for being a rental.

I brought my scout troop down from Upstate NY for the 18th year in a row (less 2020 during covid). We never seem to get hooked up with the same house, and this year's home fit us pefectly. Aine was very responsive and took care of all our questions and concerns. We had a group of 13, and in spite of the house having only one shower, we scheduled shower time and it was no issue. The home had a large sitting room where we conversed, ate and played games, and at night it became a bedroom for 2 boys. Everything inside was clean and neat. We travelled into the city every day we were there and could be in downtown Manhattan within an hour using bus / subway combination. The bus stop was a half block from the house. This was a perfect spot for us. You will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing time staying on this property. Location was very centralized and convenient. Stores ice cream shopping with all walking distance. Host left us a basket full of snacks and drinks.

My family stayed here for a funeral. The house was in a perfect location for us. There was a beautiful hospitality basket for us, the house was very clean and the area offered lots of welcomed distractions.
