Welcome to The Victorian Blue in Westchester, New York!
Wake up to the morning sun rays and chirping of birds at our Victorian Blue. Sip your morning coffee in a sunroom with original high ceiling windows, enter our cozy living room with crown moldings; and enjoy your dinner under a one of a kind chandelier.
The house is located in Fleetwood, NY, 25 minute drive from NYC, close to 6 major highways,15-minute walk to Metro North Train Station (30 mins to Grand Central Station).

+ Cozy dining room with a brick fireplace and a one of a kind chandelier
+ Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and extra seating
+ ½ bathroom on the first floor
+ Up our original slightly squeaky stairs of our 3-story home to the 6 bedrooms
Second Floor: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin size beds and full bathroom
Third Floor: 3 Queen size beds and full bathroom
+ Washer and dryer on first floor
+ Ample yard with fire pit and seating area
+ Plenty of street parking with access to one car driveway
You will have access to the entire house EXCEPT the basement and garage which is used for storage.

If you need anything regarding your stay, please message us or email us between 9am-7pm so that we can assist you or send maintenance to help you.
If you have any non-emergency requests or concerns after 7pm, we kindly ask that you wait until the following day, and we will promptly address them.
There are no bedrooms on the first floor, guests have to climb stairs to the bedrooms.
Surveillance or recording devices on property: For your safety and security, our rental property is equipped with surveillance cameras on OUTSIDE areas of the property. These cameras are used solely for the purpose of monitoring the property and ensuring the safety of our guests.
Please note that these cameras are not located in any private areas, such as bedrooms or bathrooms. Additionally, we do not monitor the cameras in real-time, but rather review footage as needed in the case of any incident or emergency.
If you have any questions or concerns about the use of surveillance cameras, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Rental agreement provided by the host will need to be signed upon booking.
We are absolutely thrilled that you have chosen to stay with us! To maintain a harmonious environment for everyone involved, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. All smoking must take place outside, and guests are responsible for properly disposing of smoking-related waste. $500 fee will be applied if any smoking evidence is found.
2. No parties or events: To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our community, we do not allow parties or events to be hosted in our home. A $500 fee will be applied if any partying evidence is found.
3. Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 7:00am.
4. Please leave wet and dirty shoes, boots and jackets in the foyer. Comfy slippers and interior sandals will keep floors and homes clean and dry.
5. Be respectful of all common areas.
6. Report any damage immediately.
7. Pets allowed, $150 non refundable fee for each pet up to two pets.
8. By using our WIFI network, you agree to use it only for legal purposes and commit not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, sharing, and other illegal activity as described by County, State, and Federal Law.
9. VRBO reservations, a picture of the photo ID must be provided upon booking for verification purposes.

We spent about 1 week at the Victorian Blue with family, including several children. All of the essentials were available, and the rooms/bathrooms were thoughtfully equipped. Monica was readily available and checked in on us during the stay to make sure there were no issues.

We didn't have a lot of options in finding a home for the number of people we needed in the area we needed, so we were excited to find this one. The house is lovely and in great condition and exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is quiet but convenient to trains. The host was very responsive. We didn't have many issues while there but could count on their quick answers to any questions. Was a great house to stay at with kids because of the bonus air hockey table and the fact that there weren't a million random knick knacks around for us to worry about breaking. All in all it was a great house for our family get together! Would definitely stay again if we have the need to be back in the area.

My family had such a great time at the Victorian Blue. We hosted a dinner for my son being starting his new career. The house is beautiful and cozy. Had everything we needed. Instructions were clear cut and the host was responsive. Great stay. I would love to come back!
