Absolutely gorgeous. Everything from the African decor to the comfortable bed to Rose's impeccable hospitality -- flawless.

I worried about the proximity to the highway, but the Hutch is a parkway, so no trucks, just a background whoosh of white noise. Not a problem at all. If there's anything negative to say it might be that the bathroom is tiny. Watch your head!

The decor was great. The rooms are well-appointed. We felt very much at home. This will be a hit for folks who are artsy or arts adjacent.

The owner, Rose, is wonderful! She drove us to the train station so we could get into the city on time for our musical (upon arrival). She also picked us up at 11:15 PM. I got a tour of her museum the following morning.

I can't think what I did not like.

What a delightful Inn! The owner, Rose, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. She provided snacks in the kitchen and helped us get settled in. The Inn is decorated with African art and is truly beautiful. Bed was comfortable, shower was wonderful, we had a smart tv in the room. Couldn’t have asked for more! We were visiting Sarah Lawrence College, and it was only an 8 minute drive.

This was not a problem for us, but it is next to a highway and you can hear traffic noise.
