In the efficiency unit, there is a bedroom, a bathroom, and it comes with its own small refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. In total, there is a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, one double bed, and two twin beds. The communal area is open plan, light, modern, and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a dining table with room for everyone to sit together. The large living area has a couple of comfortable sofas and a TV.



Guests can step out of the living room's French windows onto the wraparound deck with views of the water. With the property backing right onto the water, guests can make use of the private dock, either to moor up a boat, or to sit out on one of the rocking chairs and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
