The fine print:
* Street parking is very available. Please do not park in the driveway. It is difficult to see well enough to get back out onto the street and you risk damaging the retaining wall on the property, as well as your own car, with costs to be covered by the guest.
*Please be courteous to the neighbors - keep quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. No parties or events. This can result in the immediate cancellation of your stay and a fine of at least $500.
*Booking guest must be 23+. No unregistered guests allowed. Please send names of all guests and photo ID at time of booking. Maximum house capacity is 4 people, all of whom should be 12+. Any unregistered guests above this amount will result in $250/night per additional person and may result in cancellation of your stay.
*Please help us keep floors clean and tidy by not wearing shoes indoors.
*No pets. You risk the remainder of your stay being cancelled without refund and an additional pet cleaning fee of $250 per animal, or more if extensive cleaning is required.
*No candles, vaping or smoking of any kind is allowed in the home or property, including windows and doorways.
*If using the gas grill outside, please clean up afterwards. As a courtesy, I'd appreciate you letting me know you've used it, so that we can make sure there is enough propane for the next guests.
*Lost or broken fireplace remote will be charged to guest at replacement cost.
*Do not move TV's, WI-Fi equipment or cables. Costs for repairs or replacement will be covered by the guest.
*Exterior cameras are installed and are present for guest safety and security. Please do not disconnect or obstruct them. Violation of this rule could result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
*Close and lock all doors and windows when you leave the house anytime during your stay.
*No commercial activities, including sublet, to be conducted by guests.
*Please be advised that time-stamped photos/videos are taken prior to each guest stay.
*Guests agree to hold the host harmless from any claims arising from their use of the property, including accidents or injuries, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
