My children loved the giant tub that is in the room. Location is great, walking distance to myeongdong and metro.

First impression was great, as friendly staff attended to us upon arrival, offering free drinks and cakes, and we were able to check in even though it was before 3pm. We made some enquiries on transport, etc, during our stay and the staff were always polite and helpful. We love the room as it is spacious for our family of four, very nicely decorated, clean and modern, and with a good view. The hotel is also very centrally located with plenty of good eating places nearby. We had a great time travelling around and had many good meals in the vicinity. There’s even a free whisky tasting on the 3rd floor in the evenings for hotel guests! It is the best hotel I have stayed in South Korea so far and we will be happy to stay here again when we come back to Seoul.

From the rooms, to the service, to the amenities… this is very easily the most lovely hotel stay I’ve had in Asia. You arrive as a VIP, treated to drinks and cake while you’re checked in. They also very kindly upgraded my room, and included a free skin analysis at the Re:Nine skin clinic. Currently, I’m drinking a lovely glass of Glenfiddich from their whiskey buffet, after spending an hour on a massage chair in a private first class cabin style lounge… I mean come on. It’s a ridiculously nice stay. The only issue is that I need to leave at some point and actually explore the city!

We checked in during the evening, and the male staff member at check-in was rude. The hotel only allows guests to use the bath ball it provides. However, even after staying three nights, not even one complimentary bath ball was provided; we were required to purchase one for 9,000 KRW.
