اعجبني جدا حسن تعامل طاقم الاستقبال ا. محمد المصري وزميله.. و كذلك الشاب السعودي ا. عبد الله لسرعة اجراءات الدخول و تلبية اي طلب فى اى وقت.. كذلك سرعة الوصول للحرم من خلال محبس الجن.
وجود بعض القصور في الصيانة من سباكة ومياه.. كذلك عدد قنوات التليفزيون ٤ فقط و كأنه لا يوجد في بيوت ائمة المساجد قنوات تصل لاكثر من 2000 قناة.

1- أعجبني اهتمام الفندق والعناية بالنظافة. 2- موقع الفندق بعيد عن الزحام والوصول إليه سهل. 3- توفر بعض الخدمات بالقرب من الفندق، مثلا: بن داوود هايبر ماركت، بعض المطاعم. 4- توفر حافلات توصيل للحرم على مدار اليوم. 5- الفندق قريب من الحرم. 6- حسن استقبال العاملين بالفندق وتعاونهم. 7- توفر مواقف مجانية وآمنة للسيارات. 8- الغرف واسعة ومريحة ونظيفة جدا والتكييف ممتاز.
مواقف السيارات ضيقة إلى حد ما بحيث أن السيارات الكبيرة قد تجد صعوبة في الدخول والخروج
