Warm & Cozy 1-Bedroom Home Nimman area

We spent 7 lovely days at this cozy, compact condo in Nimman 🛋️ — a wonderful first taste of Chiang Mai. The unit was neat and tidy, well-equipped for its size. The bathroom was a highlight 🚿 — excellent water pressure and a coveted window letting in beautiful natural light. The AC ❄️ was powerful (genuinely ice-cold — we only needed one unit running!). Laundry was easy too 🧺 — a reliable washing machine, proper drying space, and plenty of hangers. The apartment supplied shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, and dish soap 🧴 (just bring your own paper towels/napkins). We loved the full kitchen and spacious fridge 🍎🍦, always stocked with fresh fruit, veggies, and ice cream. The pool and gym 🏊‍♀️🏋️ were always clean and quiet, though we barely used them — too busy exploring! The true standout was our host, Chaipat 🙌. Exceptional, responsive, and genuinely caring — he brought us trash bags, patiently answered all our questions about the area, and even helped us research long-term housing. When I left my medication behind, he arranged a Grab bike 🏍️ to retrieve it for me. A true gem 💎 — we'd return in a heartbeat if he's hosting!

As for Nimman 📍: it's vibrant and buzzing, full of trendy cafes ☕, shopping 🛍️, and nightlife 🌃 — perfect for travelers who want to be in the thick of it. Not quite our personal pace, but purely a matter of taste — and its central location made it easy to reach quieter corners of the city we loved more. Highly recommend this stay — and especially recommend Chaipat as a host! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
