Nimman, Workdesk, Best Location, Quiet Street

Great location. Good setup with small kitchen and a bit higher up in the building so you have daylight and are not right above the noise. It’s a very solid place to stay in if you have realistic expectations.

As is the case with every apartment in Nimman you are close to the airport so you hear the planes taking off and landing all day and night. Not the apartments fault. But: the door to the balcony doesn’t properly close and / or is not isolated so you hear everything even when having earplugs in. If you are not sensitive to these things you might be ok though and it’s in part probably als the prize of staying in a beautiful area like Nimman. Bathroom is decent but shower didn’t drain properly (took multiple hours). Mattress was a bit older with metal springs that you could partially feel and one of them stuck out on the side which didn’t seem safe. I contacted them and got a refund of one night for it which seemed fair. Assuming they have fixed that and the shower drainage I end up with this rating.

Location near Maya mall and expat area. But far from old city. You can take a grab. Many restaurants very near by including 7-11. Included Tv but must connect your own Netflix. Include frige and micro oven but it needs an adapter to plug it in. No adapter.

Water floods in shower. I reported it. They said they’d fix after I leave. Probably not. No adapter for microwave.
