Just 100 m from the Baltic Sea, our 67 m² Sunshine Apartment is located on the upper floor of Villa Ostsee-Blick in Börgerende—quiet, close to the beach, and ideal for families with one or two children.
The bright living room with a pull-out double sofa bed and a 48-inch TV, the spacious open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer, and the comfortable bedroom with a 1.80-meter double bed and plush mattresses ensure a relaxing vacation. Bathroom with shower, clothes dryer, and unlimited Wi-Fi included.
Two highlights: The south-facing balcony is perfect for breakfast in the morning sun with a view of Lake Conventer—the large north-facing windows offer a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. Free parking on the property is included.
Warnemünde and Kühlungsborn are easily accessible by bike. Special offers for families available upon request!
