* In Mexico City, air conditioning and heating are generally not necessary and are not provided. We recommend checking the weather forecast before your trip and packing accordingly to ensure a comfortable stay. :)
* Mexico City has occasionally experienced water supply reductions in certain areas. In the unlikely event of a service interruption, we will monitor the situation closely and do our best to assist our guests at all times.
TOWELS: We provide one bath towel per guest per stay. Most of our apartments include a washer and dryer or are conveniently located near laundry services.
Please note that towels that become permanently stained or damaged may incur an additional charge. To help avoid this, you will find specially designated towels labeled "Makeup" that may be used freely for makeup removal or any products that could stain the towels.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside Airbnb, Vrbo, or our direct booking website, we require a valid credit card to place a security deposit hold. This is not a charge and will be automatically released after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property or violations of the house rules.
