Our house is a beautiful colonial-style home that was reimagined and updated with a fresh and contemporary design. The unparalleled location and surroundings evoke the mysticism that permeates Mexican culture.
Walk just five blocks and you'll come upon the Frida Kahlo and Leon Trotsky Museums. You are also just a few blocks away from the myriad of coffee shops where you can enjoy a delectable brew.
Coyoacán is one of the most beautiful and iconic neighborhoods in Mexico City.
Finca Coyoacan has five fully-equipped bedrooms that were recreated to blend harmoniously with the house and provide an atmosphere of comfort, peace and cleanliness. We also have a beautiful business center and furnished terrace.
The parquet floors in the bedrooms and clay tiles in the common areas convey a sense of simple elegance along with the contrast of the white walls.
Your safety, both inside and outside, is our priority, there is 24-hour surveillance as well as restricted access for our guests only.
Step outside and you will immediately feel the vibes of Mexico City's colonial, artistic and cultural heritage.
The chirping of the birds is complementary.
Starting January 2, 2027, the kitchen, dining room, terrace, and living room shown in the photographs will no longer be available to guests. Instead, guests will have access to a small sitting area with a kitchenette.
We also plan to add café and restaurant services in the future. We will share their opening date, hours, and service terms at a later date.
Please take this change into account when booking a stay that includes dates on or after January 2, 2027. If you have any questions about the spaces available during your visit, we will be happy to help before you book.

Great location! The space was comfortable and safe, and the common spaces were perfect for meals and games for our group of 7. We really appreciated having access to filtered water! The host was helpful and prompt and his suggestions elevated our experience. Highly recommend!

This large home was perfect for our group of ladies. The location was amazing with many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We loved the location and the place accommodated 7 people fairly well! There is only air conditioners in two of the rooms, but with fans and keeping the windows open (visit was mid-May) it was not too hot for everyone. We had some issues with the electricity, but Jorge responded and it was resolved.
