About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 122 m² house with sea view for rent in Saint-Nic, 300 m from the large Pentrez beach. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, study and television, two bathrooms and a terrace and garden of around 700 m², ideally south-west facing. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is arranged as follows:
Ground floor (no stairs):
- A 46 m² living room with dining area for 8 people (with access to the terrace) and lounge with satellite TV.
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee makers, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Garage with utility room (washing machine)
Garden level:
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC with washbasin
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: 7.4kW recharging point for electric vehicles, barbecue, washing machine, cot, high chair, ironing board and iron, DVD player and collection, books, games.
Outside:
- A beautiful 700 m² garden facing south-west
- A ground-floor terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A second covered terrace on the garden level
The house is ideally located in the Bay of Douarnenez, in a very quiet cul-de-sac in the Pentrez district, 4 minutes' walk from the 3 km-long sandy beach (swimming, sand yachting, restaurants, Monday market, etc.).
The sea on the horizon is visible from the living room and all the bedrooms. You can see both Cap Sizun (from Douarnenez to the Pointe du Van and the Ile de Sein) and the Crozon peninsula (from Morgat to Cap de la Chèvre).
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage and in the house's private car park (up to 5 cars).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Quimper, about 40 km away
- Nearest airport: Brest Bretagne, about 55 km away
