About this house rental
In the commune of Plomodiern, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 130 m², three-story house for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and two shower rooms. There's also a 200 m² garden ! Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises :
The ground floor is composed as follows:
On the first floor of 50 m² totally open including:
- A living room with sofa bed, armchairs and TV, PS4 games console
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and dining area.
- Separate WC
On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
On the 2nd floor :
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) with TV
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×190)
- Shower room with WC
or even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 200 m², facing "East" with deckchairs
- A 16 m² wooden terrace with barbecue, table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.
- A petanque court
The house is ideally located in Plomodiern, a charming town of 4,000 inhabitants, offering a peaceful and pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, local market...
Activities:
- Medieval town: Locronan
- Visit the megaliths
- Beach: A 1 km-long beach is just 6 minutes away by car. Here you'll find activities such as sand yachting, a surf school and canoeing, as well as restaurants and snack bars.
- Festival : "Le bout du monde"

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the two parking spaces outside the house (2 vehicles) or in the public car parks less than 50 meters away.
