About this house rental
In Finistère, at the entrance to the Crozon peninsula, in the bay of Douarnenez (near Locronan, Quimper, Morgat, Douarnenez), we offer a large family home for 10 people. Ideal as a holiday home for large families or several couples with children. 500 meters from the 3 km long sandy beach of Pentrer!
The house, without any vis-à-vis and in a quiet street that goes down to the beach, has:
- 6 bedrooms
- a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (LV, oven, vitro, fridge with freezer, various small appliances, hood, ...) open to the spacious and bright dining room (10 people + 1 high chair at your disposal)
- a large garden with garden furniture (chairs, tables, 2 deckchairs, parasol, barbecue,...)
- terrace (gravel) at the front
- large living room of 25 m² with TV, cable, DVD, cupboard with reading (books, comics) and board games.
- Table football
- Wood stove in the large living room (on request, wood can be provided for a fee);
- 1 room on the second floor with sofa bed, sink, water heater,... can be used as a games room or as an additional living room with TV + cable (be careful, the room is accessible but not yet completely renovated)
- 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 separate toilets
- Numerous cupboards
- 3 cellars with washing machine, dryer and chest freezer (cellars not renovated)
- Many books, games, toys, beach games are at your disposal.
Cleaning is not included but can be provided on request.
Each bed has pillows and duvet. Please note that the house is not equipped with bed linen. You must bring sheets, dish towels, towels, bath mats, etc. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and is not suitable for more than 8 adults (bunk beds, only 4 double beds of 140cm)
The magnificent 3 km beach of Pentrez of fine sand, supervised and lively in summer, is accessible on foot (500 meters).
Hiking trails are nearby: Gr34-37. Activities near the house: water activities (surfing, body boarding, kitesurfing), sand yachting, paragliding, boat rental, board or kayak. Not to mention the unmissable festivals:
- The old ploughs in Carhaix in July
- The festival at the end of the world in August in Crozon.
In summer, local festivals with Breton music and dances, period costumes, trades of yesteryear, tasting of pancakes, mussels, cider....
Attention:
Rental is only available from Sunday to Sunday during school holidays, arrival after 16:00 and departure at 10:00.
No WiFi to enjoy the region even better and a return to your roots!

This is a fabulous house to stay in for a large group, especially with children. It is a ten minute walk to the beach, which is beautiful. There are plenty of small towns to visit and explore in the relatively near vicinity.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison confortable et spacieuse. Nous étions 9 adultes et 2 enfants.
La maison est très bien localisée et proche de la plage de Pentrez.
Très bonne communication avec Sandrine et très bon accueil de Brigitte.

Séjour agréable dans cette maison à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage de Pentrez. Idéal pour visiter la presqu'île de Crozon. La maison est spacieuse et bien agencée. Très bien pour 2 couples avec 2 enfants en bas âge. A noter toutefois que quelques travaux seraient les bienvenus (mitigeur du lavabo de la salle de bain qui se défait, lavabo de la salle d'eau qui se désolidarise du mur, prise avec fils conducteur apparents derrière un chevet d'une chambre du premier étage, rallonge maçonnée dans le mur dans une chambre d'enfant etc ). Attention, il s'agit d'une vieille maison et l'isolation phonique est succincte. Le jardin n'est pas clos et n'est pas idéal pour des enfants petits. A noter également qu'il n'y a pas le WiFi.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Sandrine. La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée et idéalement localisée à 5 minutes de la plage. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et renseignés.
