About this villa rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned villa for rent on the hills above Roquebrune-sur-Argens. It overlooks the sea, features a swimming pool, has a floor area of 300 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a bright 70 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 70 m² fully glazed living room, with TV, sofa, armchairs and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen adjoining the living room, including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en suite bathroom (bath and shower) and WC
First floor:
- Three bedrooms: each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and its own shower room and WC.
All bedrooms have large bay windows opening onto the terrace.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A large south-facing terrace on the ground floor with a dining area and outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) open and maintained all year round. It is 15 m long and 1 m 70 deep. It has 2 functional alarms. Pool towels provided
- A beautiful 200 m² enclosed garden surrounds the villa.
The house is ideally located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc.
The beaches of Les Issambres are a 5-minute drive away.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park (2 vehicles) or in front of the villa.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Raphaël 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Nice 75 km

- Cameras are present in the driveway in front of the house and above the garage where cars park outside.
