Luxury villa for a dream holiday.
The villa and its location:
240 m2 of modernity and warm décor await you with all the necessary equipment to spend your best weekend or holiday, all with a superb sea view.
The villa has 6 bedrooms in total, 5 bathrooms with toilets, and 2 separate toilets.
Its quiet location is ideal for enjoying the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Located in Les Issambres, 2 minutes by car from the beaches and shops (SPAR, bakeries, market) and 15 minutes on foot. You will be on the edge of Sainte Maxime, and 10 minutes from its city center. Frejus is only 20 minutes away and Saint Tropez is 30 minutes away (you can also cross there by shuttle boat from the port of Les Issambres)
The layout of the house:
- On the first floor: entrance with large dressing room, WC, large living room with sea view including living room, dining room and high-end kitchen with XXL island, pantry/laundry room.
On this floor you will find 2 sea view suites, each with a high-end private bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet and a terrace with sea view. The top-of-the-range bedding in these rooms will allow you to rest without fail: king size beds with new high-end memory foam bedding, mattress toppers and quality bed linen.
- Upstairs: here you will find 2 suites with sea view opening onto a spacious terrace, each of the suites has its own high-end bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a dressing room. King size beds (180 cm) with new high-quality bedding will welcome you to spend the best possible night's sleep.
- On the garden level, you will find a second living room / TV room / games, as well as a very large bedroom with king size bed (180 cm) with high quality bedding and optimal comfort, a very large dressing room.
A second bedroom with a sofa bed offering a 160 cm bed, 1 toilet, and finally a beautiful bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink.
Here the bedrooms overlook the garden. This floor is perfect for a family of 4 (or + if baby), it is similar to an apartment while being linked to the rest of the house.
All bedrooms are equipped with a connected TV as well as the living room.
Outdoor facilities:
