About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned villa for rent on the hills above Roquebrune-sur-Argens. It overlooks the sea, features a swimming pool, has a floor area of 300 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a bright 70 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, four lovely bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a garden of around 200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 70 m² living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, featuring a TV, sofa, armchairs and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen adjoining the living room, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) and WC
Upstairs:
- Three bedrooms: each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and its own en-suite shower room and toilet
All bedrooms have large bay windows opening onto the terrace.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A large south-facing terrace on the ground floor with a dining area and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) open and maintained all year round. It is 15 metres long and 1.70 metres deep. It is fitted with two working alarms. Pool towels are provided
- A beautiful enclosed garden (artificial grass) covering 200 m² surrounds the villa
The house is ideally located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc.
The beaches of Les Issambres are a 5-minute drive away.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park (2 vehicles) or in front of the villa.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Raphaël 15 km away
- Nearest airport: Nice 75 km
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cameras are present in the driveway in front of the house and above the garage where cars park outside.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-binding and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged

Villa Nausicaa "The house was amazing. The views from the terrace and pool area over the coast and surrounding areas are priceless. All amenities are available in the house and it was perfectly clean when we arrived. The kitchen is equipped with all tools and makes the house an amazing place for groups. Can definitely highly recommend this accommodation.
The only minor negatives were that we had to wait at the house for the check-in (in return the host was then however flexible with late check-out to compensate for it) and the grass area outdoors was in quite a bad condition.
Overall however a great stay and very enjoyable experience."

Villa Nausicaa This is a stunning villa with remarkable views over the Mediterranean. Cleverly designed so every room enjoys the wonderful panorama and with sleek modern interiors, it was like arriving at a 5 star hotel. We enjoyed the fabulous infinity swimming pool, making fresh coffee every morning with the barista machine and cooking in the very well equipped kitchen. We ran out of time to use the bbq or try the jacuzzi, both looked brilliant. The location was perfect for us, not far from the beach and close to Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez with Antibes about an hour away. Highly recommend.
