The Snowdrift Studio at Basecamp Bungalows is a vacation rental located in beautiful Grand Marais, Minnesota with easy access to downtown, Lake Superior, North House Folk School, Grand Marais Art Colony, and the many trails and parks in the area. This space is the perfect basecamp for your North Shore adventure. All are welcome here.
The Snowdrift Studio is a furnished private studio apartment. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all of the cooking equipment you'll need to make your own meals or have a cup of coffee before heading out for the day. Games are provided in the room if you're looking for a quiet night in and information about local hiking trails and night life if you'd like to get out.
The Snowdrift Studio is located just three blocks from downtown in Grand Marais. Looking for a great local restaurant? We are a quick walk from the Angry Trout Cafe and Fisherman's Daughter for the catch of the day.
A parking space is provided for guests. Feel free to leave your car and explore Grand Marais on foot or drive to park anywhere downtown.
Guests have full access to the apartment and the yard. Outdoor chairs are provided if you'd like to sit outside for your morning coffee or move them onto the lawn to soak up the sun.
We are pet friendly! Well-behaved pets are welcome. Pets must not be left alone in the space for long periods of time and must be crated during time alone. An additional pet fee of $50 will be added after booking. Guests are responsible for keeping noise levels down and for the costs of repairing any damages to the space.
We prefer that guests contact us by phone if you have any questions or concerns.
