About this apartment rental

This newly refurbished ground floor stylish apartment is perfect for a Harbourside getaway. Close to Sandbanks beach and the bustling Ashley Cross village, this property has everything you need for your trip. Ground floor with private entrance, two bedrooms, a private garden and off road parking. This modern apartment is finished to a very high standard with all the home comforts in a sought after location.

This newly refurbished, stylish property is perfect for a Harbourside getaway. Situated opposite the beautiful waterfronted Whitecliff Park, and minutes from award winning Sandbanks beach - you are never far from the water!

The apartment is fresh and airy, with plenty of natural light flooding in through the large windows front and back.

On arrival, you have a private, ground floor entrance (no steps), into the entry porch.

The lounge is bright and modern, with a large chaise sofa, oversized footstool, and a dinning table for four. There is ultra fast Wifi, a 55 inch TV with Netflix, i Player etc, and 2 x SONOS speakers. There are also books and games for the days where you'd rather stay at home.

The master bedroom is very large, light and airy, and has a gorgeous super king bed, with memory foam mattress. There is a large chest of drawers, and plenty of hanging space for your clothes.

The second bedroom is also a generous size. It has two single beds, large drawers, plenty of hanging space, and a large window that looks onto the private garden.

The bathroom is beautiful and fresh, with a large, walk in shower with oversized rain fall head, and a rail mounted handheld. There is a double sink vanity, with plenty of storage for your toiletries, and a hidden shaver / toothbrush charge socket, large heated towel rail, and plenty of hanging for towels.

The kitchen is our favourite room - it is fully equipped, (including dishwasher and washing machine and Nespresso), and has everything you need - plus a 2 seater cafe table to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen also has direct access onto the large, private garden - perfect for summer BBQ's!

The private garden is a generous size, and has a 6 seater picnic bench - perfect for alfresco dinning

Guests will have private access to the entire ground floor apartment and garden.

Fancy a lovely breakfast overlooking the water at a private Marina? Cross the road, and within a one minute walk, you can enjoy breakfast / lunch / dinner / drinks at South Deep Restaurant, overlooking the water, as the boats drift in and out. Turn right out of the property, and within a 15 minute stroll / 2 minutes in the car, you will find the bustling Ashley Cross village, with its popular pubs, bars and restaurants. We also highly recommend Coast Moto and Surf cafe, for breakfast, lunch or pizza, and hidden gem Miiko Nourishment bar, for your super healthy juices, coffees and food. Turn left, and you are a few minutes walk from Lilliput ViIlage, with an award winning fish'n chip shop, popular Thai restaurant, Tesco Express, Co-Op, and award winning sandwich shop - Mark Bennetts.

The famous Sandbanks beach is 5 minute drive away, or a quick cycle - its a straight road, a direct route from the apartment to the famous peninsula, where you can hire paddle boards, and have a go at windsurfing, kite surfing and foiling - we recommend Easy Riders, who are placed on the beach front, next to the Jazz Cafe and Ice cream shops. You can also jump on the chain ferry (foot or vehicle), and within 5 minutes, you are in beautiful Studland bay. A further 5 minutes by car, and you can explore numerous hiking trails along the Jurassic Coast with stunning views of Old Harry Rocks, and Durdle Door.

You can also walk along the beachfront from Sandbanks, all the way to Southbourne and beyond, passing through Bournemouth and Boscombe with their famous piers and surf spots.

Whitecliff Park (opposite the property) is a beautiful place to walk - a 20 minute stroll along the waters edge, and you will arrive in Poole Quay, with lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Our personal favourites are Riptide Records for the best coffee and bagels in town, and Pi, for amazing pizzas. There are a number of pubs on the Quay from, but we love Drift micro bar - especially when they have live music. You can also walk to the Dolphin Centre for high street shops, and its also worth checking out Project Climbing wall if you are feeling a bit more adventurous.
