The entrance to the property leads directly to a spacious, airy, and well-kept garden, one of the house’s main strengths. The greenery surrounding the villa, together with the open sea view, immediately gives a pleasant feeling of space and tranquility.

The covered porch features a relaxation area with a sofa, armchairs, and a small table, perfect for enjoying the outdoors from the morning light to the more intimate atmosphere of the evening. The decorative curtains make this space even more pleasant and private, offering greater privacy without giving up the openness towards the greenery and the sea.

The outdoor area at the back adds practicality to the house. Here you will find an outdoor shower, an additional sink, the washing machine, and a dining table, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.

The retractable awning makes this space more comfortable during sunny hours. Access from both inside the house and directly from outside makes it especially practical, particularly when returning from the beach.

The interiors

From outside, you enter the house, which opens onto a cozy but well-organized open-space living area, designed to offer comfort, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Here you will find a kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, utensils, and tableware. The living area also includes a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a versatile dining space, ideal for sharing meals and convivial moments in a simple and well-kept setting.

Sleeping area and bathroom

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms and a spacious windowed bathroom, complete with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.

The double bedroom is bright and welcoming, equipped with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, overlooking the garden and sea view.

The second bedroom, with two single beds and a wardrobe, offers practical and comfortable accommodation, perfect for the rest of the guests.

Comfort and amenities

The house has air conditioning in the living area and in the bedroom with single beds. The double bedroom, bright and well ventilated, is equipped with a fan for added comfort.

You will also find Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, all necessary linen for the stay, extra blankets, hairdryer, and a courtesy kit with essential products for your arrival.

A private parking space assigned within the complex is also available for the exclusive use of guests.

Residence and shared services

L’Ortensia is located within the Baia Sant’Anna residential complex, a well-kept and private setting made up of villas surrounded by greenery, just a few steps from the sea.

Within the residence, there is a shared saltwater swimming pool with lifeguard, sun loungers, and umbrellas, as well as tennis courts that can be booked for a fee. The pool is open seasonally, generally from mid-June to mid-September, according to the calendar, opening hours, and regulations established by the complex and the management responsible for the service.
