Very nice apartment on one level, surrounded by green lawn with private outdoor shower, less than 100mt from the pine forest and the transparent sea of Baia Sant'Anna di Budoni. The house is newly furnished and with attention to detail. The main services such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy are easily reachable with a few minutes drive. The kitchen is completely new and super-equipped and all amenities are available. Parking the car and walking to the beach in a minute, in a natural paradise and in an exclusive residential area like this, is what you deserve after a year of hard work. We are waiting for you!

LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-out after 10:00 a.m. is subject to availability and an additional charge of €40 from January to May and from September to December. For the months of June, July and August of 70€.
