Casetta accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario, in un posto tranquillo ed immerso nella natura, ma comunque comodo per raggiungere spiagge meravigliose. Il gestore, Maurizio, è stato molto gentile ed è stato disponibile e di supporto per ogni nostra esigenza. Ci siamo trovati benissimo con bambini e cagnolino.

Appartamento molto bello immerso nel verde e vicinissimo alla bellissima spiaggia di Porto Ainu. Le Spiagge piu rinomate di San Teodoro sono accessibili con una mezz' ora di auto. Appartamento molto fresco, nonostante il caldo torrido esterno non abbiamo mai acceso il condizionatore! Molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort, sia per la casa che per il giardino. Gestore e tutto il suo staff molto disponibili per qualsiasi tipo di evenienza.

Es war alles da was man brauchte. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber Maurizio ist sehr sehr nett. Alles ist super geregelt. Das Meer ist fussläufig und der Bungalow liegt so ruhig, dass man traumhaft schläft.

The accommodation has everything you need for a relaxed holiday.

We didn't liked the location, close to the beach by car not by foot when outside are over 35 degrees. The beach is about 15-20minutes maybe more if you have kids. Nothing around to have a dinner or lunch, unless you go 10-15 minutes driving and find restaurants fully booked. We cooked mostly at home and at the end of our stay we've found out that the host watching CCTV 👀 as proof of not compliance with the garbage disposal sortage (sending pictures from CCTV) and threatening us with Police . CCTV is for safety not to watch out your guests for the garbage reason I'll say. First of all his rules was sent in private not on booking and states about 100e fine. Our garbage was collected and just because we left few mixed garbage left overs put in one bag, the host wanted to be smart to charge us. I see one more review same . The cleaner also put it all garrbage in one bag. I will recommend in the future the host to add all comments into booking portal, also about his own rules on important information just to not make confusion for future guests. I would definitely not going back.
