About this house rental
Thanks to the property’s hillside location, some of the bedrooms are situated in the basement. Most of them have large windows, but the architect’s ingenious ventilation system keeps direct sunlight out. As a result, there’s no ocean view from here, but the rooms stay pleasantly cool—especially in the summer.
The terraces, complete with a grill area and sink, are one of the highlights! Anyone who spends time here and enjoys the view over the charming garden toward the sea will come to love this little spot—at the latest after the first barbecue. And here’s another thing you’ll love:
The pool area is located right in front of the beautiful lounge. If you retreat to one of the apartments for a nap, the children can continue splashing around without disturbing you.
