The accommodation
South facing and located on 3 levels (145m2) the house enjoys a very pleasant view of the Moorish massif. Outdoor swimming pool of 8 x3 m, as well as a large terrace of 60m2. Description of the house: On the first floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom opening directly onto a terrace, 1 bathroom with bath / shower and 1 toilet. On the first floor, entrance and toilet then living room, kitchen, opening onto 1 raised terrace of 15m2 with garden table. On the 1st floor 2 master bedrooms (shower and sink)
Interior equipment: reversible air conditioning, 1 flat screen TV.
Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board.PGJyPg
Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, "power chef" food processor
Outdoor Equipment: Private parking for 2 cars, gate, 10 p garden table on the pool terrace, garden table 6 p on the terrace of the living room kitchen, 4 sunbeds, 2 deck chairs, 2 parasols, barbecue, outdoor kitchen with fridge-freezer, sink .PGJyPg
Cleaning included + intermediate cleaning mandatory from 14 nights (3 hours: 100€ to be paid on site) the appointment is to be arranged with our correspondent on your arrival.
Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases) and household linen (bath mats, towels and kitchen towels)
Private outdoor swimming pool heated on request from 1 May to 30 June and from September 1 to 31 October. Possibility of heating outside the period included (from May 1st to June 30th and from September 1st to October 31st), i.e. a flat rate of 200€ extra for a heat of 24 degrees to 27 depending on the outside temperature.
Rental for 7 days minimum, from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.PGJyPg
