Welcome to Romar House 304A, a comfortable three bedroom, two bathroom condo that sleeps up to seven guests. With beautiful Gulf views and a welcoming layout, this beachfront retreat is perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.
The living room offers plenty of seating, a TV, and access to the private balcony overlooking the Gulf, the perfect spot to enjoy the coastal breeze and scenic views. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an adjacent dining area for gathering and enjoying meals together.
The primary suite includes a king bed, floor to ceiling windows with direct balcony access, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for guests. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: December, January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.
