Check in communication was great. Condo nice and private beach not too crowded. There were a few things that could be improved. Overall it was clean, aside from mildew/mold in master shower. The shower was very difficult to turn on. The master bed was way too firm. Felt like i was sleeping on plywood.

The best and most beautiful condos we have ever stayed in. The property was exactly as pictured, and Liquid Life was great and easy to work with. Looking forward to our next visit.

Pros -
Beautiful, spacious condo. Very modern and I felt like I was spoiling my family. The furnishings seems more updated than other condos in the same complex. We also had plenty of ice between the freezer and separate ice machine. I loved having a covered place to park, close to the elevators.
Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pools. Beautiful view of the ocean from the very large and comfy balcony. The condo staff was extremely kind.
Cons -
Check-in was horrible. We booked on a Friday for a check-in on Monday and never received information for checking in. Usually I get an email or a one page summary on where to check in and what is needed like a code or key for the condo. I only received one reply from the property manager saying I would get something soon.
Upon arriving in Orange Beach, I found the office for Liquid Life Rentals and had to wait for someone to assist me. An associate got off the phone from reserving another rental and told me he hadn't gotten anything saying the room was ready at 2:30 pm - to be fair, check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. He said he would text me. We waited an hour till 3:30 and didn't get anything, so I went inside and he said it was just ready then. He gave me a door code and I had to ask for the gate code. All during this time, I had left messages on the phone service and never got replies. After getting to the door, neither of the codes he gave me worked (one he wrote on paper and another he texted). I tried calling a lot but couldn't get anyone, so I got desperate and texted them. Another called me and got us in. Phone calls would not go through again, so I had to text for other information including the wifi password.
In all fairness, we booked this during COVID-19, which is tough on businesses. To me, I think they should have a package available with this info either through email or at the condo - a generic info sheet was there for how to take care of the condo. I even texted about checkout procedures, but never heard back...ever. A final complaint...I don't think the jacuzzi tub in the condo works.
