The Primary suite, a haven of relaxation, features a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath with double vanity and a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with a Queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom, perfect for kids or guests, has 2 Twin beds. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and shares a well-appointed guest bath. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sofa sleeper in the living room, allowing the unit to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS

We loved the unit. Light and airy, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and the view was wonderful. My only complaint is that the floors were dirty. We could not walk barefoot without our feet becoming filthy.

Decided to make a fall beach trip with our kids. We have stayed at Romar House 6 times before but 1st stay in this room. This room is fantastic. The renovation upgrades were very well done and really add elegance to the room. We hope to have an opportunity to stay in this room on a future trip.

We really enjoyed the condo. The location is perfect, it was nicely decorated and very clean. The walk down to the beach was so easy, pools were nice and clean. We had some issues with not having blankets and linens for the pull out couch but it was resolved super fast and the property managers are very responsive.
Our only complaint is the lack of basics. You are supplied only 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 roll of TP and 1 trash bag which we were only there 4 nights but still needed additional. This is a very cheap item to supply and pretty frustrating to have to go buy a box to only throw out because we were flying so taking home really didn't make sense. Having plenty of those items would be a big win for guests and a very cheap expense for owners. When renting a home away from home you want it to feel that way. We could never find hot pads either so had to use a towel which was not ideal. Overall great stay if the owners/company would add in those additional items it would be our best VRBO stay (and we have done over 20) Thank you!
