This lovingly furnished apartment is located in a renovated and newly furnished historic thatched-roof house and combines rural idyll with modern comforts. With 50 m² of living space, it offers the ideal retreat for up to two people.

The large shared garden with a barbecue area offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the rural atmosphere. Its quiet village location right next to the Brodauer Mühle golf course makes the thatched-roof house a perfect spot for families, those seeking relaxation, nature lovers, and golf enthusiasts alike. On the furnished terrace, you can enjoy the peaceful countryside, dine together, or wind down the day with a glass of wine.
Inside, a warm and cozy atmosphere awaits you, featuring stylishly selected furniture and thoughtful details. The cozy living area with a wood-burning stove is perfect for relaxing evenings, especially on cooler days. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the surrounding greenery.
The house features a cozy bedroom, an inviting living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker—ideal for a relaxing vacation.
To ensure a comfortable stay, the house also offers high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a smart TV with many channels, a vacuum cleaner, bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels, as well as a private parking space right next to the house. Families with babies or toddlers are also welcome—a crib and high chair are provided. The house is a smoke-free property and is also suitable for people with allergies.
Upon request, a third person can also be accommodated on the sleeper sofa.
