"Im Eichenhof" is in an idyllic, quiet location and is only a few minutes away from the tax-free beach (in Bliesdorf).
Grömitz can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
The living space of the approx. 80 m² accommodation extends over 2 floors (1st Floor and top) and consists of a large living room with dining area, cable flat screen TV, DVD, stereo with CD. Spacious bathroom with shower / toilet and bathtub. Separate kitchen fully equipped u. a. with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. Bedroom with double bed (2 x 1.80 m). In the upper living / sleeping area there is another double bed (2 x 1.80 m) and a sofa bed (2 x 1.40 m) with TV and radio. A storage room is available. Garden use possible, a separate shed can also be used.
Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and two children.

Schöne Saubere Wohnung, ruhig und abgelegen, wichtige Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. Küchenpapier, Kaffeefilter sowie Tabs für den Geschirrspüler waren vorhanden, hat man nicht immer. Ohne Auto ist man leider etwas aufgeschmissen. Der Internetempfang war leider sehr schlecht. Dies dürfte sich aber bessern, da während des Aufenthaltes im Ort Glasfaserkabel verlegt wurden. Eine Anleitung für den Fernseher im unteren Wohnzimmer ist vorhanden. Ausreichend Platz sowie Schränke zum verstauen der eigenen Sachen ist da. Das Bad hat eine schöne Größe, auch ein Schrank ist da. Bei Verlassen der Wohnung sollten immer alle Fenster geschlossen sein. Sonst könnte es sein das bei plötzlichem Regen die Wohnung nass wird, Grade bei den schrägen Dachfenstern im oberen Bereich. Eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus ist vorhanden, für meinen Geschmack etwas eng, aber nicht schlimm. Wir sind immer sehr vorsichtig raus gefahren.
Nicht so toll ist der Rauchmelder im Flur direkt vor der Badezimmertür (Bad hat kein Fenster). Dieser meldet sich immer wenn er sich gestört fühlt, uns passierte das wenn mehr wir alle hintereinander die Dusche benutzt haben. Der Entlüfter lief die ganze Zeit sobald jemand die Dusche benutzte.
