This newly built semi-detached home, completed in 2021, impresses with its high-quality furnishings, selected with great attention to detail.

The first floor is divided into a living/dining area with direct access to the furnished, west-facing terrace, a separate restroom, and a kitchen featuring a breakfast bar. Here, you can cook together and wind down at the end of the day.
The living room features a high-quality Bretz sofa, a wide dining table, and a large multimedia-capable TV. A highlight is the variety of light sources, whose brightness and color can be adjusted using a remote control. There is also a fly screen on the door leading to the adjoining terrace.
The kitchen features a high-quality induction cooktop and an oven. A dishwasher, freezer, microwave, and various small appliances—such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric kettle—round out this dream kitchen.
Through the kitchen, you can access the east-facing terrace at the rear of the house. It’s furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and is perfect for a leisurely breakfast. Thanks to the glass canopy, you’ll be completely sheltered here even when it rains.
On the upper floor of the house, you’ll find three bedrooms that can accommodate a total of seven people. Two stylish bedrooms (“Blumenmeer” and “Sternenhimmel”) are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds (180x200) and wardrobes. The lovingly decorated children’s room features a double bed—which can also accommodate two adults—and a loft bed.
