With nearly 120 m² of living space, this exclusively furnished duplex apartment offers more than enough room for up to 6 people (plus 1 additional baby or toddler). You’ll be delighted by the harmonious color scheme and high-quality furnishings—here, coziness and modernity come together in the most stylish way.
2nd Floor:
The hallway leads to one of the relaxing bathrooms, equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rack, makeup mirror, and a convenient washer-dryer combo. Opposite is a beautiful bedroom, furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The heart of the apartment is the light-filled living area with an open kitchen and dining space for up to 6 (+1) people. Direct access leads to the furnished balcony facing southeast. The cozy sofa area, complete with a flat-screen TV, desktop audio system, and DVD player, ensures plenty of entertainment.
The elegant kitchen leaves little to be desired, featuring various amenities such as an oven, induction cooktop, a Senseo pod coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Off the living area is another bedroom, also equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200cm), a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe—and it even has its own southwest-facing balcony so you can enjoy the evening sun. And now for another highlight—three steps lead from the hallway directly to a breathtaking rooftop terrace with a stunning panoramic view of Grömitz, high-quality lounge furniture, and a cozy beach chair. An outdoor parking space right next to the house is, of course, included with your vacation rental. Access to the entrance area of the Lighthouse building is at ground level, and there is an elevator in the building. This allows you to easily reach not only the apartment but also the bike storage room, making it convenient to transport bicycles and handcarts. Free Wi-Fi is available for your use. A free high chair and a travel crib are also provided.
The apartment features 2 balconies and a rooftop terrace, which guests of the neighboring vacation apartment No. 7 also have access to; however, the rooftop terrace is divided in the middle by a privacy screen. A handcart is also included with this vacation rental. In addition to the in-unit washer-dryer in the bathroom, guests can also use the washing machine and dryer (for a fee) in the shared basement.
