This charming two-bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small, sought-after building that offers unobstructed ocean views. The entryway, with a closet, leads into the living area, which opens onto a fitted and fully equipped kitchenette (pyrolytic oven, refrigerator, 2-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, microwave, dishwasher). The living room features a large balcony with a sea view. The apartment has two bedrooms on the opposite side, with two 90-cm beds and one 140-cm bed in the bedroom with a sea view. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a toilet. All amenities are within walking distance, and there is a private outdoor parking space. The apartment is equipped with an unlimited 5G Homebox.
*Cleaning: We require that trash cans, the refrigerator/freezer, and the dishwasher be emptied, and that the grills be cleaned. Glass bottles must be disposed of in town in the designated recycling bins. If the linens option is selected, the linens must be removed from the bed and folded at the foot of the bed.
Please note that a tourist tax will be charged in addition, based on the current Cap Lorient Agglo rate.
