House by the Sea "Under the Fig Tree"

In Gâvres, house "under the fig tree" completely renovated in 2022, quiet, can accommodate 4 people. Located in the center of the peninsula, 200 meters from the beaches (large beach, goëren, ban gâvres).
The house is located in a small street typical of the peninsula, there is a parking space.
The house has an enclosed garden, with trees, with terrace and barbecue. On the first floor a living room including a fitted kitchen (induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, senseo), and a living room with a TV, a master bedroom with TV a 140 cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm.
You will find the basic necessities. Wifi available.
In the surrounding area, beaches, walks or bike rides, fishing on foot in the small sea of Gâvres, kiteksurfing spot (Youkite school), nautical base with windsurfing lessons, catamaran, sand yachting, restaurants (creperie, pizzeria, seafood), bookshop-café, pharmacy, food shop, organic bakery, aesthetics, hairdressing.
A market every Thursday will allow you to taste local products. There is a ferry line to go to Port-Louis, or to Lorient. There is also a maritime shuttle that goes from Port-Louis to Groix (see the website for days and times).
Due to the tranquility of the neighborhood, there is no possibility to party.
You have the option of taking the linen kit 12 € (3 dish towels + 2 toilet towels + 2 floor mats), sheet kit at 15 € the set and the bath towel kit 15 € (4 large towels and 4 gloves)
A cleaning fee will be charged for all rentals.
Electricity costs (0.20 euros/Kwh) will be charged if 8 kwh per day are exceeded.
