The streets are quieter, the beach is a shorter walk from the apartments than on the main strip, and Albert Park Lake is ten minutes on foot for a proper morning walk. The cafes and restaurants of Acland Street are twelve minutes away when you want them, and Fitzroy Street is a similar distance.

The lake circuit is a popular run and walk, the café scene around it is good, and the Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit borders the park - which makes the property an excellent base in March if that is the plan.
