location was good, facilities were good.

The collection of the keys was a nightmare. There is no numbers in the lane to identify the correct building. I had to use the remote on 6 building garage doors to find the correct roller door. The host (bedspoke) gave me an apartment right opposite ta high rise construction zone. Noise was terrible, dust everywhere. I complained and they had someone in to clean the balcony. When I asked for them to change me to another room they denied my request. The host has a duty of care to advise any guest of any hinderance or any construction which will affect your stay. This never happened, so I am giving them - 10 stars. The level of service in regards to this was very unsatisfactory. It also took them almost 2 weeks for them to return my security bond. Very dissatisfied customer and I would do your enquiry first before staying here.
