The location was good. Nice having a lounge space to relax in. Lovely to walk along the Lake and easy access to the city and St Kilda

location was good, facilities were good.
The collection of the keys was a nightmare. There is no numbers in the lane to identify the correct building. I had to use the remote on 6 building garage doors to find the correct roller door. The host (bedspoke) gave me an apartment right opposite ta high rise construction zone. Noise was terrible, dust everywhere. I complained and they had someone in to clean the balcony. When I asked for them to change me to another room they denied my request. The host has a duty of care to advise any guest of any hinderance or any construction which will affect your stay. This never happened, so I am giving them - 10 stars. The level of service in regards to this was very unsatisfactory.
It also took them almost 2 weeks for them to return my security bond. Very dissatisfied customer and I would do your enquiry first before staying here.
