Location, space
Heating didn’t get to down stairs areas, planation shutters were filthy and so were vents in bathrooms

The apartment is well-secured, clean and spacious. Equipments and appliances are in good conditions. Location is very convenient, with a tram stop very near us, which makes it very accessible to many places in the city. There are also eating places and mini marts within walking distance. Albert Park Lake is also within walking distances, a good place for morning or evening stroll. The gym and swimming pool are well-maintained and provides a good workout venue for my family.
Not much actually, just that we need to purchase dish washing liquid, sponge and cloth to maintain the kitchen clean.
