Vacation Apartment 05 at Villa Greif is a 110 m² three-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people, featuring a large balcony overlooking the lake, exclusive designer furniture, and a wellness bathroom with a sauna.

Villa Greif was completed in the spring of 2018. It is one of the “Perlenkette” accommodations and has since offered comfortable vacation apartments in a prime location right next to the Grandhotel Heiligendamm.

The 110 m² vacation apartment lets you forget all the stress of everyday life. In this luxurious vacation apartment, a feel-good atmosphere and high-quality amenities are a top priority. The spacious 3-room vacation apartment, facing north and southwest, is located on the second floor of Villa Greif and offers plenty of space for up to 4 adults and one toddler to enjoy a fantastic vacation on the Baltic Sea—right on the beach. The apartment is divided into a living area, a dining and kitchen area, as well as two bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub, shower, and sauna, and a guest restroom. On the balcony, you can enjoy relaxing moments with a beautiful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the pier, and the beach.

The spacious living area, with floor-to-ceiling windows and two comfortable sofas, guarantees cozy evenings. For entertainment, a Bang & Olufsen vinyl record player and a large flat-screen TV with a Magenta TV connection are available.

The open-concept, bright dining area of the vacation rental invites you to enjoy relaxed meals with a fantastic view of the sea. The exclusive Siematic kitchen is part of the dining area and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a wine refrigerator, a refrigerator, a microwave, a freezer, a four-burner induction cooktop, and an oven. Of course, a toaster, an espresso machine, a drip coffee maker, and a kettle are also available for your use.

Relax in the first bedroom on a cozy, large box-spring double bed. For entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV with a Magenta TV connection.

You can store your clothes in a large dressing area with a walk-in closet, which is accessible from the hallway and serves both bedrooms.

The second bedroom also features a comfortable box-spring bed, a desk, a dresser, and an internet-enabled flat-screen TV.

The large, tiled bathroom with natural light features a bathtub, a separate shower, and a toilet, and is accessible from both bedrooms. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious vanity that offers plenty of storage for your toiletries and a hair dryer. The bathroom even has its own sauna. A guest restroom is located across from the second bedroom in the entryway.

The apartment has hardwood floors. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth in all living areas. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

As a special perk, residents of one of the “Perlenkette” apartments can book Grand Hotel services—such as breakfast, the spa, or the kids’ club—directly at the Grand Hotel by reservation. You will receive an access card that grants you entry to the public areas of the hotel grounds.

Since the “Perlenkette” in Heiligendamm is constantly evolving, construction activities on the neighboring property or in the immediate vicinity may cause some disruption. This has already been taken into account in the pricing of the rental terms.

You can conveniently wash your vacation laundry in the basement of the vacation apartment, where there is a washer-dryer combo. You can store your bicycles in a separate bike storage room near Villa Greif.
