This 132 m² penthouse lets you forget all the stress of everyday life. In this luxurious vacation apartment, a cozy atmosphere and high-quality amenities are a top priority. The spacious 3-room vacation apartment, facing northeast and southwest, is located on the second floor of the Linden-Palais and offers an incredible amount of space for up to 4 people and a toddler (crib available upon request) a stunning amount of space for a fantastic vacation on the Baltic Sea—the beach is just about 50 meters away. The apartment is divided into a living area, a combined dining and kitchen area, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On three rooftop terraces, you can enjoy relaxing moments with a beautiful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the beach, as well as the forest to the southwest.

The spacious living area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy couch, an electric fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray player, guarantees cozy evenings. You’re welcome to use the property’s free Wi-Fi. The window front opens via sliding doors, granting you access to the covered and heated rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.

The open-concept, bright dining area of the vacation rental invites you to enjoy relaxed meals. Through the sliding door in the window front, you have access to one of the two southwest-facing terraces. The exclusive kitchen is part of the dining area and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and an oven. Of course, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and an electric kettle are also provided.

Relax in the first bedroom on a cozy double bed (180 x 200 cm). The second bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 220 cm). Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. From the bedroom, which overlooks the Baltic Sea, you can access the rooftop terrace through a sliding door. From the dining area, you can walk into the bedroom on the southwest side of the apartment. Here, too, a sliding door leads to a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine.

The large bathroom with natural light features a tub, a large walk-in shower, and a toilet, and is accessible from the south-facing bedroom. The natural-light bathroom with a shower and toilet is located between the living area and the bedroom. The modern bathrooms are equipped with spacious vanities that offer plenty of storage space for your toiletries, as well as a hair dryer.

The apartment has tile flooring. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth in all living areas. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

You can park your car safely in the underground parking space. The apartment comes with a separate basement storage room. You can store your own or rented bicycles there. Washing machines and dryers are located in a separate room in the building. Here you can wash and dry your vacation laundry for a fee.

As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom as well as towels for 2 people upon arrival at the Linden-Palais.

You can park your car safely in the designated underground parking space.

Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in a separate bicycle room in the underground parking garage. The natural surroundings of the Heiligendamm seaside resort invite you to enjoy long bike rides from spring through fall. A nearby bike rental shop offers free delivery and pickup of bicycles right to your door.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast (high season only), homemade cakes and pastries, ice cream sundaes, and regional specialties at the Schwanen Café & Bistro. The café is located within the resort.
