Description:
Our spacious family 2-bedroom, 2-bath 2nd floor condo has all-tile floors & is super clean. Just 1 block to the beach.
*Great pool for lounging & kiddos
*Open, modern, fully equipped kitchen for easy family meals.
*Master bedroom has en suite bath + private balcony. 2nd bedroom features a full-size bed + twin bunks. Living room has a pull-out couch.
*Superb walkable location near many bars and restaurants.

The Space:
This beach house is one of our best walk-to-beach two-bedroom condos for a great vacation deal!
Our favorite things:
*Less than 5-minute walk to public beach access and on the east side of the busy main drag, so less worry with your kids.
*Tons of sleeping space with all the beds—pull-out couch makes it feel like a 3-bedroom. Most 2-bedroom condos don't have this much bedding.
*Though BBQing isnt allowed on property, you can enjoy peace and quiet while your kids have fun even after a long day at the beach. If they're old enough, there's a small patio off the bedroom you can watch from.
*All-tile floors keep the place clean, especially helpful if you have allergies.
*Every bedroom and living room has a smart TV, convenient at night to settle everyone in.
*High-speed WiFi/internet—though occasional connectivity issues (welcome to Island life!).
*The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, a full-size stove, and a fridge. Save money with easy breakfast tacos, pizzas, fajitas, and more at home. Avoid long restaurant waits and hassle after the beach.
*Off-street free parking for 2 vehicles. Parking extras along the street isn't allowed. This is a fourplex, and you are renting one of the 4 condos. The 2nd floor is up one flight of stairs and quieter due to less noise from above.
You will find the 2 full bathrooms and stackable washer and dryer come in handy!
We provide a basic starter pack of toiletries, trash bags, soaps, etc., though not unlimited or replenished. Fresh towels and linens are provided. If you stay 3 nights or more, you can exchange towels and linens at no charge at our office South Padre Trips, 2600 Padre Blvd.
Message us for active military discounts and off-season discounts for 3 or more nights from Sept 15 to Dec 15 as well as tackle football coach discounts we would love to hook you up!

Door codes are provided on the day of check-in via text message before 3 pm.
Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years or older to book and present at check-in. Contact us prior to booking if you are under 25, as exceptions are possible.
We require an E-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. Sign via Docusign before arrival to receive a door code. Provide your email address and photo ID to verify you are 25 or older. If under 25, contact us first for possible requirements.
