About this house rental
Welcome to our beach house, The Padre Pearl! This custom-built home was designed for families and is a 2-minute walk to the beach. This home provides stunning ocean views, breathtaking sunrises, and dreamy sunsets. With everything to make you feel at home – Wifi, Spectrum TV, Netflix, Hulu, washer and dryers on each floor, King and Queen size beds, and a well-stocked kitchen this home will not disappoint.
Our property has 4 bedrooms (2 King & 2 Queen) a Queen sofa bed, 6 Twin beds and 4 Toddler beds. Our property also includes a beautiful lap pool and spa.
A two-car garage is available and there is plenty of room for parking 6 vehicles.
The pool has child safety aqua latches on both gates entering the pool area and an alarm on the exterior door that leads to the pool for added security. Next to the pool is a covered patio, pool bathroom and patio seating.
Inside the house, you will find beautiful bamboo floors and quartz countertops throughout.
On the first-floor the bedroom is a separate space and ideal for 2 people and a small child. With a king size bed and a toddler bed, a bathroom and kitchenette/living area with view of the pool.
On the 2nd Floor, you will find the main entrance to the house, it leads straight into the kitchen/dining areas that can seat 8 around the kitchen island and 8 around the dining room table. In the kitchen, you will find a coffee nook, wet bar with filtered water, double fridges, and a coastal farmhouse sink.
Off the kitchen, you will find a guest bathroom with a shower, and an access door to the garage staircase.
The only bedroom on this floor is the Starfish Bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a King-sized bed and toddler bed, and a TV
Just off the dining room is the living room with a TV, Board games, and an additional door to the balcony.
The 3rd floor has an additional living room with TV, bunk area with 4 twin beds, 2 balconies, and 2 more bedrooms with their own private bathrooms.
The 4th-floor viewing Tower entrance and the Tower Bunk area with 2 twin beds are just off the Living Area. On a clear day you can see SpaceX on Boca Chica Island.
Planning to spend most of your days at the beach?
Just pack your swimsuits and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ve stocked the garage with an assortment of beach gear such as umbrellas, boogie boards, beach carts, ice chests and lounge chairs.
Go fly a Kite - Head over to B & S kites and pick up a souvenir that you’ll actually use! Kite flying is a popular activity on the beach. Test your skills for the annual Kite Flying Festival held in February each year.

The Padre Pearl is a relaxing home a space where you can unwind after a busy day at the beach. Our 2nd story balcony is a great place for the entire family to watch the world go by or enjoy the sunset. Awake refreshed and ready for a day exploring the island in this newly built custom home with impressive views. Head out and wander to the nearby Art Gallery or swing by the farmers market (held every Sunday) and pick up local ingredients to later craft a meal in the fully stocked kitchen.
Looking for an adventure to tell your friends about?
Our lovely property is located 5 minutes away from Gravity Park where you can test your miniature golf skills or challenge your friends and family to a Go-Kart race. Face your fears and try out the world’s tallest reverse bungee where you can see views of the whole island, that is if you can keep your eyes open!
Go 20 minutes to the North end of the Island and experience beautiful views of the Bay, Laguna Madre (1 of earths 6 hypersaline lagoons/bays) and the Gulf of Mexico at Island Adventure Park where you and your family can zip line during the day and ride horseback under the stars.

This place was amazing and so conveniently close to the beach. It was very clean and they had everything we could think of needing to fix our meals, spend time at the beach and just enjoy ourselves. We will definitely be returning to this property the next time we are in SPI. The communication and welcome from the management was wonderful and they even checked in on us to make sure everything was going well.

3 floors of beautiful rooms with lots of windows and deck to enjoy the beach. Very short walk to the beach. The 4th floor is an observation room - super cool! Kitchen is FULLY stocked. This house deserves 10+ stars!!!
