Accommodating up to 20 guests, this spacious retreat offers breathtaking 180-degree views of the Gulf of Mexico, Laguna Madre Bay, and the island from multiple private balconies. Designed with gathering in mind, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas offer plenty of room for everyone to spread out while enjoying spectacular water views. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the home with natural light, and four waterfront balconies invite you to relax with your morning coffee or unwind as the sun sets over the island. The penthouse features two spacious living areas with comfortable seating, giving large groups plenty of room to relax together or enjoy separate spaces. For movie nights, head to the private theater room, where you can settle in and enjoy your favorite films after a day at the beach. During the summer and holiday seasons, you'll also have a front-row seat to South Padre Island's famous bay fireworks from the comfort of your balcony. We had this beautiful place for a week to call our home! And everything you could possibly need to make your own meals was at the house! Beautiful kitchen, with a fantastic views! And everything was decently clean!

The unit was spacious, the view was spectacular! A few gripes I have is the stained furniture and hair on the floor throughout the unit. If I'm getting charged for a cleaning service, and so did the previous renters, I should have walked into a clean floor.
