About this apartment rental
This 43 m² two-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the building. Enjoy the sunshine on the furnished south-facing balcony. With a living and dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, the vacation apartment can accommodate up to 2 people for a wonderful vacation on the Baltic Sea. The beach is only about 50 meters away.
In the living area of the vacation apartment, you’ll find a comfortable couch, a stereo system, and a flat-screen TV for cozy evenings. The integrated dining area promises relaxed meals.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. With the toaster, coffee maker, De’Longhi espresso machine, and electric kettle provided, you’ll find everything you need for a delicious breakfast.
In the bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The large closet offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. A second flat-screen TV is available for your use. The couch in the living area of the vacation rental converts into a sleeping area (60 x 150 cm) for one person. Curtains provide privacy.
The vacation rental’s modern bathroom is comfortably furnished with a walk-in shower. A hair dryer completes the bathroom’s amenities. All rooms in this vacation rental are tiled.

As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom as well as towels for two people upon arrival at the Linden-Palais.
You can park your car safely in the designated underground parking space.
A separate bicycle storage room in the underground garage is available for storing bicycles you bring with you. The natural surroundings of the Heiligendamm seaside resort invite you to enjoy long bike rides from spring through fall. A nearby bike rental shop offers free delivery and pickup of bicycles right to your door.
